We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team at Newsprinters for the next twelve months as we embark on an exciting Workday implementation project. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us and support the implementation of a new HR system whilst partnering with the HR Business Partner & Director of People & Culture on all people related matters.
Location: Broxbourne
Day to day you will:
- Work closely with the HR Business Partner, Director of People & Culture and wider project team on the implementation of the new Workday system to the business
- Work closely with managers and enabling functions to ensure effective delivery of the core HR cycle
- Own the coordination of the end to end recruitment & onboarding process for new joiners
- Support the HR Business Partner with any employee relations cases & change management projects
- In conjunction with the HR Business Partner & People Operations team, prepare people data reports to enable informed decision making
- Ensure policies and procedures are reviewed regularly and updated in line with any employment legislation changes
- Respond to first line people related queries from both managers & all colleagues
- Support new and ongoing projects within the business
What we’re looking for from you:
- Experience working in a People team in either an administrative or advisor role
- General knowledge of UK Employment Law
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach
- Ability to prioritise effectively and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience of SAP HCM and/or Workday would be advantageous
